Kilomathon Scotland 2025

Kilomathon Scotland is a unique 13.1K metric half marathon held annually around Easter in Edinburgh, drawing approximately 2,000 runners each year. The scenic route takes participants along the city’s picturesque cycle paths, starting at Ocean Terminal near the iconic Royal Yacht Britannia and finishing at the famous BT Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish Rugby. This 13.1K race is ideal for those looking to step up from a 10K and begin working towards a half marathon distance.

How to sign up:

For just a small registration, you can take up your charity place with Scottish Mountain Rescue at the Kilomathon Scotland:

Kilomathon Scotland 13.1k – Registration fee £20, Minimum sponsorship £150

Kilomathon Scotland 6.5k – Registration fee £20, Minimum sponsorship amount £75

Mini Kilo Scotland 2.62k (for ages 6 – 14) – Registration fee £20, Minimum sponsorship amount £50

Choose your distance and apply for your Scottish Mountain Rescue charity place on the Kilomathon website here Once your application has been received, we will be in touch to process your registration fee and help you get started with your fundraising.
