Scottish Half Marathon and 10k 2025

Entries are now open for the Scottish Half Marathon and 10k. The routes are both seriously flat & rapid – if you want to set a personal best whilst raising funds for Scottish Mountain Rescue then this is the event for you. It’s also a great choice for your first half marathon or 10k being a nice and gentle course.  Starting conveniently just outside Edinburgh, you run along the magnificent East Lothian Golf Coast before finishing the final furlong at Musselburgh Racecourse.

How to sign up:

For just a small registration, you can take up your charity place with Scottish Mountain Rescue at the Scottish Half Marathon and 10k:

Half Marathon – Registration fee £25 Minimum sponsorship amount £180

10k – Registration fee £20 Minimum Sponsorship £120

Choose your distance and apply for a Scottish Mountain Rescue charity place on the Scottish Half Marathon website. Once your application has been received, we will be in touch to process your registration fee and provide you with a Scottish Mountain Rescue T-shirt and fundraising support.
